Scientific Program
The scientific program consists of plenary talks, invited oral talks and poster presentations along with banquet and excursion as shown in the table below.
We will award "best student's poster prize" in the closing session to encourage the participation of students. The best student's posters will be selected by IAC and LOC members during the two poster sessions.
Presentation format : plenary talks will be alloted 45 minutes, and Invited talks 25minutes. Posters will be displayed during two days (Monday and Thursday ). We will have a poster preview session just beore the poster session. In this session, authors of the poster are request to mention the contents of their posters with only ons slide of power point.
Audiovisual equipment and poster space available
Both overhead transparency and video projectors(to connect to a portable PC provided by the presenter) will be available for all the oral sessions. No plans are made to provide a slide projector unless specifically requested by the authors prior to a week before the conference. Posters must be designed to fit on a 0.9m(width) x 1.2m(height) (35" x 47") area.
